Open play gaming passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may vary due to leagues, tournaments, special events, and other programming. All gaming passes are non-refundable. Staff reserves the right to adjust time limits during peak and non-peak hours. Purchased hours expire one year from the date of purchase.

Bookings made less than 30 days before the event date are subject to approval by the Recreation Supervisor. Full payment and a refundable damage deposit are required at the time of booking.
