Current Request Status

Gym rental requests are currently closed. Requests will reopen on Monday, November 2 for rentals in January-April.

Requests submitted in July will be for rentals taking place September–December.
Courts are not available for rental through August.

Please complete the form below to request gymnasium rentals at either:

• Crosby Recreation Center
• Rosemeade Recreation Center

By completing this request form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Each renter/group is only permitted to rent 1 day per week
• There is not availability for Sunday rentals at either facility (Rosemeade or Crosby)
• The side gym at Rosemeade Rec is not available for rental on Friday evenings (4-9pm)
• Use of the gym for financial gain is prohibited
• Full payment is required at the time of reservation
• A $5 administrative fee will apply to reservation changes
• Your group agrees to follow all City and Parks & Recreation Department policies
• Renters are financially responsible for damages to City property during use
• If damages exceed the deposit amount, the renter will be responsible for the remaining balance and charges may be applied to the payment card on file
• Rental requests are subject to staff approval and availability
• Communication regarding requests and approvals will be sent via email
• Submittal of this form does not guarantee rental.  All forms will be reviewed by Recreation Staff prior to contacting you for rental confirmation and payment.
